The robotic vacuum cleaner Dyson 360 EYE
The future is here
The British company Dyson just launched the robotic vacuum cleaner Dyson 360 EYE, a real technological marvel with an inimitable 360-degree vision system that uses sophisticated mathematical combinations, probability theory, geometry and trigonometry to create a virtual map of its surroundings. This new technology allows the robot to go through each room recognizing at all times where it is and where it must go to continue cleaning without returning to the sections already clean. This novel vacuum features the new Radial Root Cyclone system, whose powerful centrifugal force allows it to capture particles as tiny as pollen and mold. The intelligent robot, which took 16 years of research and an investment of $47 million, will clean your home thoroughly, and when the job is done, it automatically returns to its charging station. The Dyson Eye 360 has a total weight of 6 lbs. and a capacity of 0.4 liters of dirt and dust. When full, this little robot will send a message to your phone telling you that it needs to be cleaned. It costs about $1,200.

A Chaise Longue with the Louis Vuitton signature
Classic elegance and luxury for the home
Two of the biggest names in fashion and furnishings, Louis Vuitton and Cassina, have come together to pay homage to the legendary French designer Charlotte Perriand on the 110th anniversary of her birth. They did it with a limited reissue of 1,000 pieces of the emblematic CP LC4 chaise longue, created in 1928 by Perriand alongside famous architects Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret. This particular piece became an interior design icon and revolutionized the Salon d’Automne in Paris in 1929, where it was presented as “the ultimate relaxation machine.” For this new special edition, Louis Vuitton covered the chromed steel structure of the LC4 with cowhide in a pink sand color, opting for dark brown leather in the foot and headrest. Meanwhile, Cassina contributes with the exclusive manufacture and distribution of this and other pieces. More information.
Lamborghini Huracán
For the adventurous spirit
Fierce and ambitious, the Huracán LP 610-4 comes with a difficult task: to replace the successful Gallardo, the most popular car in the history of Lamborghini, with over 14,000 units produced in the Sant’Agata Bolognese factory. Since, in these cases, legacy always matters, the Huracán sports a similar design to demonstrate it did not lose the good genetics it inherited. But as often happens with successive links in the evolutionary chain, the new Huracán improves its pedigree. It is 330 pounds lighter, with a total weight of 3,135 pounds and comes with an atmospheric 5.2 liter V10 engine that delivers 610 hp and 540 Nm of torque to surpass the performance of its predecessor with notable figures: it accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 202 mph. The engine is attached to a new seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, which distributes the power to all four wheels. It travels an average of 18.82 miles per gallon of gasoline and emits 290 g/km of CO2. More details.
The Peninsula Hotel in Paris
See Paris through a different prism
What about a romantic Parisian getaway to end the year? It doesn’t matter how many times you visit the City of Light, it never ceases to amaze us, and the newly opened Peninsula hotel will not disappoint. Housed in a 19th-century building in the French capital, the hotel recently opened its doors to offer one of the most luxurious experiences imaginable. Located at Kleber Avenue, quite close to the Arc de Triomphe, this luxury hotel underwent a thorough renovation that took nearly four years. Close to 3,000 expert artisans worked to bring back the glamour of the Belle Epoque to the building. The magnificent staircase by Schwartz & Meurer–builders of the Eiffel Tower–stands as a symbol of the elegance we’ve come to expect from Paris. The building was also outfitted with the latest technology to please our modern sensibilities and needs. And we cannot forget the hotel’s famous fleet of luxury automobiles at the service of its guests. In contrast with the Peninsula Hong Kong, which features only a line of Rolls Royces, in Paris the Peninsula boasts a 1934 Rolls Royce Phantom II, two mini coopers and 10 BMW 7 Series limos.
