Located near the center of Courchevel and above the Cospillot ski slope, with a panoramic view of the valley and the Vanoise Mountains, the Baltoro chalet is an imposing property next to the Cospillot chairlift. This ideal location gives visitors access to Europe’s largest ski area, Les Trois Vallées in the French Alps. The chalet blends—with refined taste—modern architecture in the Alpine atmosphere. With an area of about 6,100 square feet distributed in three levels, the villa accommodates up to ten people in five sumptuous bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is the bath area, lounge, a swimming pool with waterfalls and jets, saunas, showers, a bedroom, a private elevator and a terrace. Four of the bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, all with bathrooms, dressing rooms, and spacious balconies. Also on this floor are the staff quarters. The second floor has two large living rooms with a fireplace, bar, and large windows, plus the kitchen, dining room, library, and an ample balcony with magnificent views. The Baltoro chalet offers butler service, a professional chef, and a driver.

In the bustling Swiss town of Verbier in the Canton of Valais—a community especially geared towards winter sports—you’ll find the exclusive Sirocco, a charming four-story villa able to accommodate up to eight guests in four luxurious rooms. It features elegant lounge and entertainment areas and outdoor spaces to enjoy in the warmer months. On the first floor, we have the main open plan living area and dining room. Huge French windows from floor to ceiling circle the terrace, a perfect place to rest and relax in cozy leather chairs under warm blankets and enjoy a good cognac, contemplating the sunset. During the evenings, you can enjoy the fireplace while watching the Verbier lights in the distance. The dining room is large enough for up to ten guests and the well-equipped kitchen can be closed to provide complete privacy to diners. The spa and leisure areas are located on the ground floor, which also has an indoor pool. The indoor Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna give you the opportunity to relax after a busy day on the slopes. Nearby, there is a kitchenette and a bar where the staff can prepare drinks and snacks for the guests. The leisure areas include a wine cellar and the cozy cinema room with an Apple TV.
