From Baja to Bali to Barcelona, private beach clubs have always been desirable venues to spend our time while on vacation or simply enjoy a day in the sun. Maybe it’s the ability to curl our toes in the sand, the sound of endless waves, or the views of azure sky and water. Or maybe it’s the people you meet–you can find fashion models, rock stars and business moguls mingling with the locals.
VIP access at the new Hyde Beach Miami private beach club, located at the SLS South Beach, will be an amenity of two new luxury developments, SLS LUX and HYDE Midtown Suites and Residences will receive.
Hyde Beach Miami is the first oceanfront location of the famed Hyde Lounge, which evolved from its legendary Sunset Strip to locations in Las Vegas, New York, and other cities across the United States. This new venue comes with pool, beach and indoor-outdoor space featuring celebrity chef Jose Andres‘ noted cuisine, plus mixologist crafted cocktails served up by mesmerizing waiters. The great-looking crowd, excellent atmosphere, and ocean breezes add to the laid-back vibe.
At SLS LUX-the latest evolution of the SLS Hotels & Residences brand, located in Miami’s exciting Brickell area–residents will have the exclusive privilege of private limousine service to Hyde Beach Miami. Residences at HYDE Midtown Suites & Residences–apartment and condo tower in Miami’s Midtown area–will also enjoy complimentary membership and VIP access at Hyde Beach Miami. Construction on both the SLS LUX and Hyde Midtown Suites and Residence will be completed in 2017.
Pampered residents of these two luxury developments can look forward to continuous indulgence, fully stocked cabins, cozy sun lounges, and fresh towel service. With beach butler beverage and food service, it’s the perfect way to enjoy the sun and sea all day long.
Residents of HYDE Midtown will also receive a complimentary membership to Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails, at Hyde Beach Club in Hollywood, Florida, which also offers a cool party scene. The restaurant features a breathtaking ocean view and Chef Danny Elmaleh‘s award-winning New American fare.
In Miami’s hot new Edgewater area, a new neighborhood is rising on seven city blocks. The Related Group has assembled the finest team of experts to bring this 11-acre, one-of-a-kind project to reality. Now under construction, the development, known as the Paraiso District, includes four new towers–Gran Paraiso, One Paraiso, Paraiso Bay, and Paraiso Bayviews. Celebrity buyers include NBA champion Manu Ginobili, tennis star Gaël Monfils, New York Yankee Alex Rodríguez, and musician David Guetta.
Included in the package, the private beach club and restaurant for Paraiso District residents, Paraiso Beach Club, slated to open in 2017 on the bayfront between the Paraiso Bay and Gran Paraiso towers. James Beard Award-winning chef / restaurateur Michael Schwartz will be at the helm. Designed by Meyer Davis Studio, the beach club will offer residents casually elegant food and beverage service on their private beach, with stunning views across Biscayne Bay towards Miami Beach and downtown Miami.
The beach club also features Miami’s largest circular private pool, almost 100 feet in diameter, for sunbathing under the palms. The pool deck was designed by Enzo Enea and Enea GMbH, one of the world’s leading landscape architecture firms.
Speedboats and personal watercraft rentals, wind surfing, canoeing, and paddle boarding, as well as equipment storage and a fishing clubroom geared for children, are also at hand for the member’s enjoyment.
“Imagine the ultimate in contemporary European design and ultra-luxurious amenities in an exquisitely landscaped bayfront location. This is the vision we have brought to life,” said developer Jorge M. Pérez, of Related Group, developers of the Paraiso District. ■
