Past chefs include Albert Adrià, pastry chef of El Bulli and currently at Tickets; Joan Roca of El Celler Can Roca, and Adoni Aduriz, Chef of Mugaritz. The trio prepared their tapas in the gardens of the Arts Hotel, located on the city’s waterfront, next to the Frank Gehry’s iconic Peix sculpture. Paco Pérez, Chef at Enoteca restaurant, who holds two Michelin stars and is located inside the Arts Hotel, was a former host of the charity event that celebrated the hotel’s twentieth anniversary in 2017.

The gastronomic evening begins with a tasting of Catalan wine and cava from the Castillo Perelada winery, during which attendees can bid on a selection of white wines chosen and signed by the participating chefs. Proceeds from the auction are allocated to UNICEF programs aimed to help underprivileged children. Afterwards, guests can watch the chefs in the process of preparing the tapas, made with Spanish ingredients, before tasting them.
