The novel idea is based on the training methods of some British athletes who use underwater treadmills. The FitWet Jet Bike is designed to be installed inside a hot tub, where you can pedal with the desired strength and with less friction. The exercise is performed under water using twelve water jets that massage the muscles while exercising. According to studies by the company FitWet, the activity of pedaling— together with the action of water jets— reduces cellulite, slims the waist, adds firmness to buttocks and legs and stimulates the blood circulation.
