Gulf Craft, a luxury yacht manufacturer, based in the United Arab Emirates, delivered—in 2015—its first 155-foot cutting-edge model: the Majesty 155. The spectacular ship is 154.5 feet (47 meters) long, 31.5 feet (9.60 meters) wide and only 6.6 feet (2 meters) deep. It offers three main levels, a spacious terrace and capacity for 14 passengers plus crew.
With an angular bow rising over two levels, the yacht’s exterior reveals an aggressive and sporty line interrupted only by the numerous oval windows that invite plenty of natural light and offer spectacular vistas. The refined exterior line can be modified–at the owner’s request–to include a folding balcony for the master stateroom, extending the suite’s interior space and offering a completely private outdoor deck.
Toward the stern, the Majesty 155 offers three outdoor decks. Two of them have direct access to the large gangplank. The third–located on the first level–is protected by a retractable roof that, when deployed, doubles as a comfortable lounge and, when folded, becomes a spectacular beach club at the water’s level. Finally, the main deck—which serves as a solarium and features a splendid Jacuzzi—has gorgeous open spaces with excellent views.
The units manufactured by Gulf Craft are completely personalized, with the decor and interior layouts customized to the owner`s specifications. For the Majesty 155, the manufacturer delivered modern luxury, dominated by light colors, polished marble floors, light wood paneling in all the rooms and contemporary and refined furnishings.
The spacious master suite, located towards the bow of the second level, takes over the entire width of the vessel. It includes closets, living room, desk, bathroom and a convenient, private folding balcony. On the same level, towards the aft, is the main hall featuring a splendid dining table and a large living room with low tables and chairs. The remaining cabins are divided into the lower and upper levels, giving total privacy to the master suite.
Concerning power, Gulf Craft`s Majesty 155 is equipped with two 1,930 hp engines capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, with a range of 4,200 nautical miles of autonomy. For its unsurpassed comfort, generous and luxurious spaces, the Majesty 155 is comparable to much larger yachts. Its price? Around $25 million. ■
