The Scotch whiskey maker has partnered with Monarch Air Group and Golden Yacht Charters to offer “Rare Journey,” an exclusive private jet trip that includes an extraordinary tasting of The Macallan Master Series accompanied by Beluga caviar. The trip starts at Teterboro airport in New York aboard an Embraer plane and continues, after landing at the private airport of Opa-Locka in Miami, on a 100-foot yacht that sails from Hallandale. There is where the tasting, snacks and fun begins. This trip, which is available in December 2018 costs about $46,000 for a group of seven guests, which can be increased according to the number of passengers you want to take, the size of the yacht and above all, the antiquity of the whiskey that is served.

Originally from the nomadic cultures of China and Nepal, it is a large dog with a history of once being responsible for guarding Tibetan temples.

Sublimotion, An Extra-Sensory Gastronomic Experience in Ibiza

A sensory experience that mixes cooking, technology and virtual reality: Sublimotion, is an out of this world experience. Chef Paco Roncero from Ibiza, a holder of 2 Michelin stars, is responsible for creating this unique experience. This restaurant, which sits only 12 people, is located at the Hard Rock Hotel in Ibiza, Spain, and can cost approximately $1,900 per person.

The dining room, which is 754 square feet wide and just over 22 feet high, displays audio-visual montages of music and drawings to recreate very singular spaces ranging: from the bottom of the sea to hell. Some of Chef Roncero’s dishes include: old cow tartar and hedgehog, which is served on a sole of a Chaplin’s boot. As diners begin to eat these unique dishes, the room becomes a cinema in which “La chimera del oro” is projected onto the wall.
