1906 Special Reserve
The award-winning Spanish beer
1906 Special Reserve Beer is made from a selection of roasted malts and hops of the varieties Hallertau Perle and Nugget, which give it a distinct aroma, dark amber color and strong taste. This is a flawless beer with a rich creamy foam that lingers, leaving, on the glass, the characteristic “Brussels lace”. The effect of alcohol is noticeable but with a soft, warm character. The 1906 Special Reserve is refined, tasty, intense and round, with a touch of elegant bitterness that melts in the mouth and a long, pleasant finish. It received the Monde Selection Gold Medal, in 2011, and the award for best Spanish beer by Verema, in 2013.
Rougié´s Foie Gras de Canard Entier à la Vainille Tahitensis
A gourmand’s favorite
Rougié, a firm based in the noble French region of Aquitaine, presents a foie gras made with vanilla tahitiensis (an endemic Tahitian variety). The company, founded in 1875, has chosen this type of vanilla because it is considered the most aromatic and fruity, the only variety that is collected when it has reached optimum maturity, taste and aroma. The result is a novel culinary contribution, perfumed and distinctive, which harmonizes with the peerless features of the best foie gras. The characteristic flavor of anise and pepper found in this unique vanilla, along with the sumptuous Rougié´s duck foie make it a premium product intended only for the most selective palates.
