The facilities of the Kachi Lodge include 6 luxurious residential domes with transparent side panels, as well as a larger dome that serves as a gourmet restaurant, which is located on a wooden terrace with magnificent windows to the Salar de Uyuni. What To Do And See
In addition to stargazing, here are a few other things you can do when staying at the lodge: from mountain biking down the slopes of the Tunupa volcano or walking to the lower edge of the volcano crater, to paddling in the Salar de Uyuni lagoon or observing the gigantic cacti at the nearby Inchausti island, there are plenty of things to do and see when staying at this hotel.
You can take a pleasant walk to the top of Kachi Island to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, visit the charming town of Coquesa, see the famous mummies sheltered in a cave near the town and learn how the locals collect salt from the Uyuni Salt Flat in the same way that their ancestors did hundreds of years ago.
