Prickly Pear Margarita
1.5 ounces prickly pear infused with Tequila
5 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce (long splash) prickly pear infused sweet and sour
Serve in a rocks glass
Add a lime wedge for garnish and a short, cocktail straw.
Mojito
In a rock glass, flatten two limes with a muddler and add 4-6 mint leaves. If the leaves are small add more. Rather one too many, than one too few. Fill glass with ice. Add 1.75 ounces Bacardi rum . Add 1 ounce (long squeeze) Mojito syrup . Mix thoroughly in cocktail shaker . Top with a splash of soda water Finish with a short thick straw. ■
