Ingredients for 8 champagne flutes
1 cold bottle of Lambrusco Centenario Grasparossa Chiarli
1 bottle of lemon soda
1 bag of ice
4 sheets of gelatin
Whipping siphon with four charges
Preparation
Warm a quarter of the lemon soda and the gelatin over low heat and put the mixture in the siphon. Fill the siphon halfway with more soda. Place ice in a glass, then pour the soda and Lambrusco first. Then put the soda foam on top of the glass. Serve.
