The imposing property was acquired by Greene at a judicial auction in 2007, following the bankruptcy of its previous owner. Thus, the 25-acre villa passed from the hands of Saudi businessman Mishaal Adham K. to the US investor for about $35 million. The ground floor of the mansion has a spectacular kitchen fit for the most demanding chef with classic furnishings, a giant industrial cooler and servant’s quarters. Also included in the main mansion is a private wine cellar with a capacity of 3,000 bottles, a tasting area, plus a temperature controlled underground storage for another 10,000 bottles. If you want more, the house also comes with the original aging barrels. Currently, the estate produces about 500 cases of wine annually.
