Only five of these vehicles have been produced. One was recently spotted in a Miami dealership with a Mexico license plate, but these amazing sports cars are not street legal in the US, so their owners usually keep them in a foreign country, and drive them during holidays. The price of the Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster is $1.8 million. Cinque refers to the Italian word for five.
The roof of the Roadster is stored in the front bonnet, leaving the top off to enhance the rush of adrenaline and power. The Italian manufacturer has partnered with Mercedes Benz for the developments of parts, specifically the engine. In the Cinque version, the AMG V12 engine provides 678 hp and 780 Nm of torque. The Roadster can reach speeds of up to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds, and its top speed is over 200 mph. The chassis is built from carbon and titanium fibers weaved together, and weights less than 2,700 pounds. The weight distribution of the car, while driving, is 47% in the front and 53% at the rear.
Pagani continues its commitment to providing optimum comfort for its lucky clients. The Roadster includes a robotized sequential transmission and adjustable suspension. This car can adjust to any driving style or condition. ■
