Four refreshing drink recipes that'll keep your calorie count down this summer.

 

 

Dr. Luiza Petre's Sips for a Skinny Summer

WINE SPRITZER 

(80 CALORIES PER SERVING)

4 ounces White wine topped with club soda.
Garnish with blueberries/

TEQUILA HIGHBALLER
(95 CALORIES PER SERVING)

2 ounces Passion Tequila 
Squeeze of lime
Club soda on top
Lime wedge for garnish



SKINNY BLUEBERRY VODKA MOJITO
(130 CALORIES PER SERVING)

2 ounces vodka
Optional: use blueberry-flavored vodka for more flavor
4 ounces Sprite zero
2 tbsp of fresh blueberries. 

Muddle vodka, mint and blueberries together in a shaker. Add one cup of crushed iced and shake. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with Sprite zero. Garnish with mint leaves and blueberries. 


SUPER SKINNY MARGARITA 
(100 CALORIES PER SERVING)

12 ounces of sparkling lime water (or any lemon lime sparkling water).
6 ounces tequila
1/4 cup of orange juice
2 tbsp of fresh squeezed lime juice
1 line cut into four slices for garnish

Rub the lime wedges around the rim and dip into salt
Fill the glasses with crushed ice
Stir sparkling water, tequila, orange juice and lime juice into a pitcher and garnish with lime slices.
