In the Tuscan city of Florence, we find a shining jewel of Italian gastronomy. The sophisticated Enoteca Pinchiorri restaurant is located in a privileged corner of the city at number 87 Via Ghibellina inside the 18th century Jacometi Ciofi Palazzo.

The owners of Enoteca Pinchiorri are a charming couple, very well known throughout Italy. She is Annie Feolde, born French but Italian at heart, and he is Giorgio Pinchiorri, a full-blooded Italian. Annie arrived in Florence over 40 years ago to increase her knowledge of the Italian language and fell in love with Giorgio and the city. In a passionate collaboration in which both cultures mix, the restaurant brings authentic Italian flavors to the table.

For decades, Annie has been busy in the kitchen showing her culinary talents while Giorgio is in charge of the dining room and demonstrates his passion for wine. Considered a Florentine gourmet, this restaurant has three Michelin stars and a legendary wine list.



Chef Feolde uses Tuscan specialties as inspiration for her cuisine, with remarkable skills, love for local ingredients and respect for tradition. Classic and elegant, the interior decor of Enoteca Pinchiorri provides a cozy, serene and comfortable atmosphere that extends to the pleasant courtyard, and the restaurant staff is known for service that is professional, friendly and attentive. Enoteca serves an excellent six-course menu. Each dish is a real treat for the palate, an extraordinary symphony of flavors, aromas and textures that reaches its peak when paired with the best wines suggested by the sommelier.

The heavenly pasta selection includes magnificent dishes like the pink potato ravioli with spinach and shrimp in a saffron sauce; candy stuffed with eggplant, goat cheese, butter and sage; or the superb ravioli stuffed with braised beef, melted parmesan cheese and juices from the roast.
