The 60th anniversary of the iconic Viennese Opera Ball (VOB) was celebrated at the Waldorf Astoria as a Diamond Jubilee Friday, February 20, 2015. Since debuting in 1955 under the auspices of the US-Austrian Chamber of Commerce, the VOB was soon established as a premier white-tie charity gala reflecting Austria’s great cultural legacy.
